999ak Terms & Conditions — Rules of Service for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999ak ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 999ak website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and payment processing in Bangladeshi Taka.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise making use of any 999ak service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 999ak platform.

999ak reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email or mobile number on file. To register and use a 999ak account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform. 999ak reserves the right to verify these requirements at any time and to suspend or close accounts where requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. 999ak enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documentation where necessary.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated programs, bots, and artificial intelligence systems are not permitted to register or operate accounts.
• You must register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep this information updated. 999ak may verify your identity through third-party KYC processes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 999ak currently in force, and must not be participating in any program that restricts access to online gambling services.

999ak reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility requirement at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure. Accounts opened in breach of these eligibility requirements are void, and any balances therein may be confiscated.

Each player may register only one account on 999ak. Registration requires a valid mobile number that will serve as the primary account identifier. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 999ak will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 999ak immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• You must not share your account access with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the account balance.
• 999ak may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• 999ak reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, and to return the remaining balance (less any bonuses not meeting withdrawal conditions) to the player's registered payment method.

All personal data collected during registration and account management is processed in accordance with the 999ak Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

All financial transactions on 999ak are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999ak accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No cryptocurrency, USD, or other foreign currency deposits are accepted. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the 999ak platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 999ak, though individual mobile wallet operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own daily or transaction limits which are outside 999ak's control.
• Deposits are credited to the player's 999ak wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transfer. 999ak does not charge deposit fees. Any fee charged by the mobile wallet operator is that operator's responsibility and is not deducted by 999ak.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet method used for the most recent deposit on the account. 999ak does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after midnight may be processed the following business day. 999ak is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile wallet operator's own processing times.
• 999ak reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or investigation of any potential breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. 999ak does not withhold tax on behalf of players and does not provide tax advice. Players should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

999ak offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, together with the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. A player who has previously received a 999ak welcome bonus under a prior account registration is not eligible to claim a second welcome bonus under a new account. Such conduct constitutes multi-accounting and will result in account closure.
• 999ak reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers within the 999ak platform and cannot be transferred to another player's account or exchanged for any other value.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Where a player requests a withdrawal while bonus funds remain active in their account, 999ak reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings attributable to bonus play before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds. Players should complete bonus wagering requirements before initiating a withdrawal where possible.

Where a late bet is erroneously settled, the payout will be reversed and the stake returned.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a breach of these Terms. Winnings derived from exploitation of such errors will be voided, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

999ak is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are independently certified by the respective studios' regulatory bodies. Sports betting markets on 999ak cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other international sports events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager regardless of subsequent market movements.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred (as defined by the relevant market rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will generally stand — subject to the individual market rules.
• In-play betting markets close automatically when the relevant in-game event occurs (e.g., when an over begins, when a wicket falls). Bets placed after the triggering event but before the market's official closure due to data latency are void.

Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In cases of dispute between 999ak's data provider feed and the official result, the official governing body result takes precedence.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999ak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one 999ak account, whether under your own name or under aliases, false identities, or third-party names.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, access account features, or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets with access to information that is not publicly available and which provides an unfair advantage over other players or over 999ak's markets.
• Using the 999ak platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. 999ak is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without notice to the account holder.
• Abusing the 999ak bonus system through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or placing opposing bets across accounts to neutralise risk while retaining bonus eligibility.

999ak employs automated fraud detection systems and a dedicated security review team. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed, and where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be closed, balances forfeited, and any winnings derived from the prohibited conduct will be voided. 999ak's decision on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

999ak is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. We provide the following tools to all registered account holders in Bangladesh: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days), and full self-exclusion. • Loss or damage arising from events outside 999ak's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or failure of third-party service providers including mobile wallet operators and game studios.
• Any claim arising from a player's own breach of these Terms, including claims relating to accounts suspended or closed for prohibited conduct, or winnings voided due to bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999ak's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These limitations of liability apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and survive the termination of any account or these Terms.

999ak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — that is, a change that affects player rights in a meaningful way — 999ak will provide at least seven days' notice to registered players via the contact details on file before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or reorganisation of layout) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The version of the Terms currently published on this page is the governing version. By continuing to use the 999ak platform after any amendment takes effect, you accept the revised Terms without reservation. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform before the amendment takes effect and contact [email protected] to arrange closure of your account and return of any remaining real-money balance.

Please include your registered mobile number, a clear description of your query or complaint, and any relevant transaction references. 999ak aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct communication with the support team, please re-submit your complaint in writing marked clearly as a formal dispute and it will be escalated to a senior review team for a final decision. 999ak's decision on formal disputes is final and binding.
